Hi, I'm Yogi Beea
My name is Beatrice Adochitei, but all my friends call me Beea hence the name - Yogi Beea.
I started my modeling career (model portfolio) when I was 16 and traveled first time to Asia after finishing high school. After living in various countries across Asia for a few years, I decided to move to Hong Kong, because I just loved it here (the lights, the people, and the dynamic of the big city life).
I took my first yoga class in HK in the search of the perfect workout to keep my body nice and slim for my modeling jobs. As I started to practice more regularly, I discovered that yoga was so much more than just a physical exercise.
Yoga is the union of the body, mind, and spirit and it is a lifetime practice. Every day you discover something new about yourself through your practice, so getting in touch with that awareness, for me represents something magical.
I started to learn how to look within and connect with who I am, learning how to fully love and accept myself, and living a more conscious and mindful life.
It is still an ongoing process, a lifetime practice, as one of my favorite quotes, says – “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self”.
I love teaching yoga and creating fun and intelligent sequences, combining my classes with music, essential oils, and any other tools I can use to create a blissful experience for my students.
I enjoy teaching one on one classes so I can focus on the student’s body alignment and directly address their needs, but also I enjoy teaching group classes and organizing fun yoga events and retreats.
Recently I had the opportunity to be the co-author of one of the best-selling yoga books ‘Resilience through yoga’ where I share my yoga journey and how it helped me to get over difficult times.
Sending your way love, peace, and light!
Namaste!

Vinyasa Yoga
My favourite yoga style, I love the harmonious body movement synchronized with the breath, that brings you in the present moment, leaving everything else on the side. This practice helps create strength in the body while also creating health so the body can stretch deeper, finding ways to create more space and lightness in the physical and energetic body but also in the mind.
Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
I fell in love with Yin yoga during my second teacher training, where I discovered the benefits of its regular practice on my body. Holding the poses for a longer period of time,Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, fascia and bones), creating more mobility and realigning the body creating a better posture.
Yoga Nidra literally means sleep yoga. It is an ancient technique where the practitioner enters a deep state of consciousness relaxation – the body relaxes completely while the mind stays awake; It is a practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world.
Myofascial release
Is a safe and very effective practice that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissues, to eliminate pain, stiffness and restore motion, using different props like tennis balls and yoga blocks.
VinYin Yoga
Is a combination between Vinyasa and Yin yoga, starting the class with an energetic flow, warming up the body, and then softening into a yin practice in the second half of the class – this practice is one of my student’s favorites.
Testimonials
I want to give Yogi Bea a shout out! She is super attentive, hands on (if you allow!) caring and makes every lesson really count - which is so important for me and the precious time I squeeze out from my busy day! Even if she herself is rushing between classes, she is brings calm and zen to our classes and sessions. Whether in group setting or one on one, my experience is always great. She corrects my poster and helps to deepen our posses. I cannot wait for my next class with Yogi Bea!

My yoga journey started with Beea,at that time she wasn’t a yoga instructor but she was very passionate about it. She was introducing yoga to all her friends and one day she brought me to the studio for a class and l felt amazing afterwards. After she became a certified instructor l start to practice weekly for one on one class and l got to understand better the practice, she teaches in a way that makes it accessible for everyone, so easy to see she’s such a dedicated teacher. It’s a real pleasure to be in her classes where she’s creating a magical environment very warm and positive. The directions she gives are clear and precise. Her classes are a beautiful journey well balanced with challenging postures and relaxation, incorporating also meditation, perfect both for my body and mind. Beea gently pushed me to develop, always knowing when l was capable of doing a new pose or going deeper in my practice. I have been struggling with back pain and practicing yoga helped me so much,my posture improved ,l became stronger and more aware of my body. I was also very lucky to participate on the retreat she organized, every detail was so well prepared. Highly recommend everyone to join next time and to practice yoga with her, you will get to love it and will make a big difference in your life. P.S. she has a great playlist, after every session l find myself singing :))

I met Beatrice about 3 years ago while I was in Shenzhen, China. We knew each other for one day only but she offered to teach me a yoga class to show me how amazing it is for your mind and body. That’s the beginning of my yoga journey! Then a year later I moved to Hong Kong and she has always invited me to all the yoga classes and events. She was always saying: ‘Yoga is so much more than a physical exercise.’ but I didn’t know what she meant exactly until few months ago when she has become my private teacher and that’s when I started to understand it more deeply. She has helped me to understand the poses using a lot of customized cues, adjustments and alignment, she has taught me the importance of breathing during the practice, about the importance of healthy food, she has taught me to trust the process and respect my body and its evolution. I love her classes because I feel like I’m healing and evolving as a human being. When my body is opening up, my mind is opening up and everything becomes possible. She’s also very positive, caring and loving and each of her classes feels like a retreat from the hectic world outside. She is spreading good energy, love, joy and peace. Beatrice and yoga are now an important part of my life and I’m so grateful for that. I highly recommend her and her magic classes to everyone! Namaste 🙏🏼

I have regularly attended Beea's private vinyasa yoga class every tuesday morning 9~10 am for the last 3 months. I remember taking her class for the first time, a yin practice at santi space, the yoga studio she was teaching at that time, and I just felt in love with the way she teaches...her vinyasa flow is one of my favourite class. Beea has great knowledge about yoga, she is friendly and professional and her teaching approach created a high level of comfort that helped to improve my yoga practice . She has provided a safe place and always makes sure that her students are comfortable during the class, giving different adjustments and variations to each pose so that the student can practice safe without getting any injury. Beea is an amazing and talented yoga instructor yet she is sweet and kind person. I highly recommend her and I look forward to her class and retreat in all years to come..
